Your uploaded files are temporarily cached on the server for up to 15 minutes to enable efficient processing without re-uploading. After that, they are automatically and permanently deleted. If you are signed in, your processed output files are encrypted and stored for up to 7 days so you can re-download them from your history. Source files are never retained beyond the 15-minute processing window.

Not a chance, matey! Stored outputs arr locked tighter than a miser's treasure chest. Even if some scallywag gained access t' our storage, th' scrolls would be gibberish without th' encryption keys held separately. Only yer authenticated session can unlock 'em.

No. Every tool is free and works without an account. Signing up adds real benefits — a 7-day history with re-download of past outputs, higher upload limits (10 MB vs 5 MB), more daily jobs (200 vs 20), and access to your usage dashboard. Pro subscribers get 50 MB uploads, 2,000 daily jobs, and priority processing.

Most tools support .xlsx, .xls, .xlsb, an' .xlsm scrolls. Some tools also accept .csv, .json, .xml, .sql, an' .pdf. Each tool page shows exactly which formats it accepts.

Without an account, each upload can be up to 5 MB. With a free account, each upload can be up to 10 MB. For Pro subscribers, the limit is 50 MB per file. These limits apply to the compressed file size as uploaded.

Processin' time depends on scroll size an' complexity. Most scrolls complete in under 5 seconds. Very large scrolls (10 MB+) or scrolls with thousands o' formulas may take up t' 30 seconds. If it takes longer than a minute, somethin' may have gone wrong — try again.

All 36 tools are free to use with generous daily limits. We offer an optional Pro plan that increases upload size to 50 MB, raises daily job limits to 2,000, and provides priority processing in the queue.

Merge Sheets combines multiple sheets from th' same workbook into one sheet. Append Workbooks stacks rows from multiple separate workbook scrolls into one output scroll.

Aye. All tools arr designed t' work on mobile browsers. Scroll upload an' download work on both iOS an' Android.

Try th' tool again with a smaller test scroll first t' isolate th' trouble. If th' problem persists, use th' Contact page t' report it — include th' tool name an' a description o' what went wrong.

Yer account an' profile data arr permanently deleted, along with every tool-output scroll stored under yer account. Uploaded source scrolls arr never retained in th' first place, so there be nothin' else t' remove.

Aye. Every tool works without an account. An account unlocks a 7-day history so ye can re-plunder yer past outputs from Me Account → History; anonymous runs still work exactly as before, with nothin' stored.

Click "Forgot passphrase" on th' login page an' enter yer pigeon address. Ye'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check yer spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Fer signed-in users, output scrolls arr encrypted end-t'-end an' stored fer up t' 7 days, then automatically hard-deleted. Th' history row stays visible marked as "Gone t' Davy Jones" after that. Ye can delete any entry yerself at any time from th' History page.

Sign in an' open Me Account → History. Each successful voyage has a Plunder button that decrypts an' delivers yer scroll directly. Anonymous runs arr not stored, so save th' scroll when ye run th' tool.

Go t' Me Account → Billing → Manage billing. From th' portal ye can cancel with one click. Yer Pro access continues until th' end o' yer current billing period.

We offer goodwill refunds within 7 days o' yer first charge. After that, ye can cancel t' prevent future charges but no refund is issued fer th' current period. See our Refund Policy fer full details.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Google Pay, Apple Pay, an' Cash App Pay via our payment partner Lemonsqueezy.

Aye. Lemonsqueezy automatically generates invoices with VAT where applicable. Ye can download invoices from th' billing portal (Me Account → Billing → Manage billing).
